  <description>So i was&amp;nbsp; doing so well untill today. I even lost 3lbs in 2 days! but i think i gained it all back. I have hope though becase i am starting a sort of compitition to see who can lose the most wait.   <title>Beating Eating</title>

  <description>Today i&amp;nbsp; am 118 and i binged again. But i did gain control so it was a very small binge compare to my others. I am planning my diet. I want to be at 113 in a week. I think i can do it. I just have to stop this binging and start exercising again. I cant wait. I am starting a fast tomorrow. and it will last for as long as i can make it.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully thats a really long time. I need help and support to reach my goals . Anyone out there have&amp;nbsp;an advice i would be glad to take it. Thanks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ana</description>
